Position: Web Developer
Location: Tampa, FL
The Logical Web Company seeks a motivated professional to join our web development team. As part of the web development team, the individual will be involved in maintaining and modifying client web sites, designing and building new web sites and developing and maintaining web applications. The individual will need to exhibit strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as unique graphic design capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update several different client web sites on a day to day basis
- Create and build new web sites, redesign and add to existing web sites
- Design, develop, and test new software applications using ASP, HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Basic and ASP.NET
- Develop existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification
- Maintain systems by identifying and correcting software defects
- Investigate new technologies
- Create technical specifications and test plans for unit testing
- Collaborate with management concerning enhancements and performance of software systems
- Implement new applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- 2-3 years experience with graphic design and web site design experience
- 2-3 years experience with ASP and PHP
- 2-3 years experience with web site development and maintenance
- Working knowledge of the software applications and programming languages widely used for web applications
- Effective and efficient planning skills and ability to multitask
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with high energy and proactive attitude
- Passion and drive to achieve excellence
